So, this album is kind of awesome. It gets a bit weak in the middle, but damn if those last four songs aren't just fantastic in every way (especially Second Coming and Tactical Air Strike). Lycanthropic Fantasies is also great. |

I love it too but why did they not make more fast songs? They make them awesome when they do but this album is mostly mid tempo. Still very good tho. |

+1 on the last song; Slough Feg + Brocas Helm = musical orgasm. I think Slough Feg is very capable of writting awesome slow songs (Psionic Illuminations, Hunchback of Notre Doom), its in the mid-tempo range that they seem to have more trouble, but so far im enjoying every fucking track of this album, maybe after the rush of a new slough feg album passes i'll be able to be more critical. |
