Holy shit, this is nothing like I expected!

.. Too bad about the banal lyrics.

Should be a solid album, but i think the jury is still out on that title track. The buildup is quite good as is the opening scream by Halford. But then after the opening riff, the intensity drops a fair bit during the verses. Plus it does sound rather cheesy and the lyrics aren't the best either

hmmm, not sure what to make of it yet...need to hear more songs

And I have to say his mid-range seems stronger now than it used to be.

Very promising, looking forward to the album. How vicious is that scream at the beginning? I just hope all those interludes work in a Kamelot way instead of a Manowar way.

Heh, I came here ready to create a topic and there it was Gone my shot at glory. Great song, probably their best postPainkiller song. I'm starting to think they may succeed to deliver a killer album after all, despite the annoying (for me) theme. Btw, the intro to the song is excellent, I hope there are more Middle-Age Italian style little jewels like that.

I like the orchestratic elements. But, the song to me was pretty average. The main riff reminds me of Painkiller. KK and Tipton, as usual, are fantastic. I loved AOR and hope that this album will be just as good, if not better.
