I'm looking for some new music and was wondering if anyone had suggestions. Here are some examples of what I like and don't like. Bands I can't get enough of: Iron Maiden, Omen, Running Wild, 3 Inches of Blood Other bands I enjoy: Judas Priest, Cage, Gamma Ray, Rebellion, Sanctuary Bands I don't care for: Edguy, Iced Earth, Kamelot |

I've heard Testament, Nevermore, & Sodom. I'm not a fan of Testament and Nevermore. I definately like Sodom, but I'm not really looking for thrash right now. I'd like something more along the true/power metal lines, but still has an aggressive edge to it. I'll look into those other bands you mentioned. Thanks! |

+1 for Iron Savior, Jag Panzer, Steel Prophet, Lost Horizon, Metal Church, Cirith Ungol, and Slough Feg. I would add: Tad Morose Fates Warning Saxon Agent Steel Hammers of Misfortune Manticora ...also, if Holy Terror posts some I would follow his recommendations as well. |

Oops, forgot to read OP I see. ![]() Adam and The_Voice's recs probably fit TC's tastes the best. I'd also like to recommend Scanner, the album Hypertrace in particular (actually prefer Terminal Earth myself, but the 1st one seems more in line with the TC's tastes). |

Oh, and i forget one of the better and most underrated bands of the NWOBHM: Angel Witch. Raven must bne in the list too. More NWOBHM (not mencioned): Legend, Demon, Quartz, Diamond head, Holocaust, Witchfinder General... |
