listening to this the first time right now, so far i think it's a pretty big improvement from the last one. i think Ken was right about Chris's vocals because he sounds a lot more comfortable with their music to do more experimental ideas (the first song starts of with a crazy 3 part harmony thing that's really cool).

I'm gonna try to wait to listen to this one. This band is just too cool to their fans, so as much as I want the download, I'll wait. A reviewer friend has the promo and he says it's their most intense album yet. He said it's so chaotic that's it's one step away from being completely unlistenable, the audio equivalent of the images that give people epileptic seizures. But he says it's awesome!

Sounds like it could actually be as good as Towers of Avarice.
