Having fun handing out the bonuses?

(Just listen to Yes and Genesis if you want to hear Dream Theater. Same damn thing, except the former two did it two decades earlier.)

actually since Dream Theater hate good composition and love showing off, Emerson Lake and Palmer might be a better match :P :P :P

I do listen to both Yes and Genesis, and I really hear no significant similarities between the two.

Hell I hardly even like Dream Theater and I'll add another 15 onto that.

Those are some of DT's weaker albums imo. You should look into getting images and words and scenes from a memory, those albums will forever own all others.

Images & Words is indeed a Dream Theater monument. My favorite from them. :D

You should seriously listen to Elements. Fantastic metal album, LaBrie never sounded better, and the lyrics are the best ones i've ever read. But on a more serious note, nah, it's not better than I&M. That was more of a semi-joke of some kind.

But you know it's kind of like how I feel about Bruce Dickinson's solo stuff compared to Maiden. Maiden is Maiden, but god I love Dickinsons solo works.

Elements of Persuasion has some great stuff (Crucify pwns all your pathetic bawbags), but unfortunately has some utter shee-ite as well.

I can't specifically remember, since I only listened to it once or twice about a nine months ago - the only reason I have it is because some bastard posted 7 of the tracks on Soulseek as Octavarium, so I figured I might as well grab the rest of it.

I just remember a lot of it pissing me off, I didn't appreciate the electronic stuff at all.
