I live in Malaga. I love the city, but there's one big problem. Southern Spain is a metal wasteland. When metal bands come to Spain, they usually play in Barcelona, Madrid and Bilbao (them basques love metal, I tell you!). I missed both Nightwish and Helloween/Gamma Ray (
) because I don't have the time nor the money to afford a trip to Madrid (a trip through half of Spain!) just to see a gig.
I will probably go to Barcelona and Madrid though, just to see the cities.
Btw, Saratoga is actually playing here in Malaga in february. I might go to see them just for the hell of it. I have heard like 5 songs by them but they seem to be quite good.
