Haha just got this one, too. Pretty good 80s party metal.

Battlelore - Third Age of The Sun

Only ever heard 1 or 2 songs by this band. I liked them though so I decided to take a chance with this one. And so far I think it kicks ass, totally worth it.

actually after further listens this Wolfcry- Warfair is not half-bad at all. Once you get past the bad accented vox it is truly a good mix of true 80s metal with a touch of symphonics.
It is actually a quality album, just depends on what mood you are in during listening

All of their albums are fucking awesome! Their videos are sick, too. When Rhapsody make this whole thing come off as total cheese, Battlelore make it VERY cool.

I agree, though that would be "Karma," which I'm sure is what you meant to write

My favourite album of theirs is Epica, but really, after and including Siege Perilous, you can't go wrong with Kamelot.

Finally picked up a legal copy of Therion's Lemuria/Sirius B today. The artwork is very nice.

EDIT: And so is the music.

I already have Epica,Black Halo and 4th Legacy;i think it's quite enough;this band is soft(not cheesy like Stratovarius ,but soft anyway);i'd better get some Cannibal Corpse!Which one is good to begin?

Got a bit tired of listening to MTV-type rock & punk so gone back into the archives for some classic power & true metal. Not got anything by these bands before (odd considering i've got over 700 CD's!). Very impressed. Looking at getting into Hammerfall, Rhapsody & Edguy. Any recommendations guys?

Go back to MTV rock and punk!Stay away from Hammerfall ,Rhapsody and Edguy(and Stratovarius)!!!!!Unless you're some retarded adolescent;don't waste your time and money!!
