I'll listen to them again to check, but I'm pretty sure Untouchables is better. Catchier songs, anyhow. And what's wrong with the production?

I didn't think much was wrong with it at first, but on repeated listens, it started to sound really dense, bassy, and like it was recorded underwater. So much so that it gave me a headache. And not the good kind of headache.

Think I'll make 1,000? Here's my latest:

Concept Of God - Visions
Dog Eat Dog - In The Dog House: The Best And The Rest
Fight - K5: The War Of Words Demos
Gov't Mule - Deja Voodoo (2CD)
Kid Rock - Rock 'N Roll Jesus (w/Bonus Track) *
Mass Extinction - Creations Undoing (EP)
Overkill - Immoralis (CD/DVD)
Million Dollar Reload - Anthems Of A Degeneration

* $1.75 from lala.com.

Finally, Halford got off his iTunes fetish and released those Fight demos on CD! Anyway, that makes 874 on the year. Don't think I'll hit 1,000 on the year, though. :sad:

That's ridiculous! :lol: . I wouldn't even have time to listen to 874 CDs. Do you catalogue them all so you know how many you have?

It is ridiculous. Haha. A good number have come from lala for under $2, a good amount more I got in Boston at Nuggets for $2 even. Still...a lot of CDs. I do listen to music nearly the entire time I'm awake, so I give them all proper listens.

And yes, I have a huge spreadsheet cataloging my collection. This year I decided to start listing what I received throughout the year, just because I was curious. I should say that the 874 includes a few cassettes and vinyl pieces.

Ken, that's bonkers. Still, you stop me feeling guilty about buying more stuff when I haven't listened to everything else yet, I just think 'not as bad as Ken!'. :)

Indeed.

And the fact he opened a trade thread proves it.

Not at all. I have music playing nearly every moment I'm awake. I don't just listen a few hours a day. I average 6 hours of sleep a night, so I will be playing music 18 hours on average per day. That's over 6,500 hours a year. Plenty of time.
