See thats where we are all different. We all love Maiden, but have different opinions about their songs. Particular songs appeal to this person while it doesnt to another person. Sun and Steel and To Tame A Land are good, dont get me wrong...but as you call them killers, i dont. IMO, good but not killers.

But most of all i must remind you that we are the only 2 persons in this forum to be Iron Maiden Blaze era fans...and to enjoy such songs as The Angel and the Gambler

Yeah, well, we will always be in the minority there.

The only bad thing about Angel and the Gambler is that repedative part in the middle, but if you can just get past that bit, the track is great.
Listen to it enough times and you'll get used to it.

Im in a pickle at the moment. I have a Maiden song on a burnt cd, its not an album song. I must have downloaded it some time ago. For the life of me i cannot remember the name of it. I need your help guys.
Bruce is singing it, i think it could be around the time of 7th Son but i could be wrong. It maybe a b-side, but its not Black Bart Blues, not Prowler '88 or Charlotte the Harlot '88.
The song goes for 2:51, starts off with drums on their own, followed with guitars.
The 1st verse goes like this:

"At a point below zero, there's no place left to go,
600 unknown heroes, killed like sleeping buffalos,
Through the devil's canyon, and cross a battlefield,
Death has no companion, the spirit's lost...."

Anyone know it?
