I somehow discovered the band a few years ago when I finally got into metal and have loved them ever since. I'm a lurker and I check this site constantly for new music or old bands I happened to look over, but I have yet to see anything related to Age of Nemesis. They're a really interesting band with a really unique sound (at least from what I've listened to).

So, has anyone here listened to them and enjoyed their music like me? Or are they not mentioned because everyone hates them?

They really only have two albums that are around, but have a couple more under the Nemesis name. Their first album was re-recorded with english lyrics. I think that album has some great songs, but the tone of the entire band gets old quick. Their next album, which came out earlier than their first album, if that makes any sense was a complete bore the first three or four times I tried it.

I haven't listened to anything before Psychogeist, but I guess the sound gets old pretty quickly. They're my in between bands band (if that makes any sense). I pretty much listen to them in bursts when I'm trying to search for new music. I just decided to actually post here. I think my original intention was to ask if there are any similar bands, possibly with a better more unique sound. But, it was like 2 AM and I forgot to :x

This band is fantastic! Don't listen to Adveser. The Nemesis stuff is worth digging for, too; though good luck finding the self-titled and Abraxas for under $20.
