The other night I was walking home from work and I was listening to Killers. Being a little stoned, it blew me away. Now what I want from you people is more music that sounds like the first 2 Maiden albums. To me they sounded like 70's Priest but with something more, and now I want more. Please don't tell me to listen to Bruce Maiden, I'm no fool, I've got it.

So anything is welcome.

What they had that Priest didn't possess was the punky edge...

And, sorry, I can't help you with your request. I find those two albums pretty unique myself.

For like a year when I got into metal I worshipped the first two Maiden albums as the best things ever. They are awesome, and I've never heard anything like em.

Nope, Diamond Head are way too "precious" to be compared to Iron Maiden's first two albums... I've spent some time looking for similar albums, never could lay ears on any...

Devoted Walnut, what you're looking for simply doesn't exist, sorry...

NP: Remember Tommorow

Oh my god, so many memories have come flooding back, haha... I played this song about 3000 times back in the day.

The first and probably only time I'll use that emotican, and well deserved.

This has so much nostalgic value it makes me feel all happy and emotional. I do love Prodigal Son, but this song's more important...

Though I do think Killers is pretty unique, try some Cloven Hoof (perhaps the self titled or Dominator) or Satan's Court in the Act, or maybe some Accept for something similar.

Sorry I didn't respond to this sooner, I have been busy.

You guys are right, there is really nothing else out there that is like the first 2 Maiden albums. I think it's a good thing and bad thing at the same time.

Oh and Brahm, I will look into Satan, they have been on my list forever, but Cloven Hoof is not for me. You told me about them a while ago and I think it's the singer that ruins it for me.
