It's just a tribute to his favorite band, and he actually only went by that when he was in the Priest cover band and when he was in Priest. He goes by Tim Owens now, but people insist on calling him Ripper.

A "ripper" is a slang term for a nasty fart that sears your asshole! :lol: Taco Bell has been known to be the cause of many "rippers" over the years, I presume.

Well he would go and launch a website called timripperowens.com

But yeah I always call him Ripper. Its just a habit.
