Indeed a great classic and I agree that Devils Island is a kind of lowpoint, but almost any decent song would appear lame when following such a great trio of songs!

I'd rank Devil's Island as one of Megadeth's best ever songs, and probably the best on this album apart from the opener. I like the title track, but mainly as a novelty item. It doesn't really seem to be what Megadeth's about to me.

A really great album. This is one of reasons that 1986 was such a great year for thrash metal.

Oh fuck. I just bought the remaster of this on Friday! One of my all-time favorites. Devil's Island is an awesome song. The lyrics pwn. There isn't a bad song on the whole album. "My Last Words" is one of my favorite songs. The remaster brings the guitars way up, and Poland and Mustaine proceed to kick you in the face. Over and over again.

"You"
"Come on"
"Next victim"
"You"
"Your turn to die!"

This was my first metal album ever. Appropriately enough I stole it from some loser who didnt appreciate it enough. This is still my favorite Megadeth album to this day. ANd I don't see how the song Devil's Island could possibly suck....at all...in a world.

Devil's Island is without a doubt my personal favorite of such a classic record. In fact I like it so much, my band covers it.

If there's any song I skip all the time its "I Aint Superstitious" . It's a cover, even with Megadeth playing it, it doesnt sound like a Megadeth song. I guess they do an ok song but frankly I'd rather listen to Devils Island a million times than listen to this song once.

This album is fucking brilliant and all the songs kick ass, Devil's Island is one of the best Megadeth songs ever, I don't see why you don't like it. This is one of my favorite metal albums and Megadeth were at their finest moment back then. This album sells and you should buy it.
