It's nice reading a positive review of this, been meaning to buy it despite the imo pretty disappointing set list. Where were the songs from Better Than Raw, and my favorite Pink Bubbles?

Unfortunately, no. Master Of The Rings is a no show as well. I thought about that when the review was posted. Thing is though, and I know this sounds like a cop out answer but it is true, the quality of the stuff that is on here is so good that it almost doesnt matter. Yeah, there were about two dozen songs I would have loved to hear like Still We Go, I Can, Falling Higher, and A Handful of Pain but I've been bitching for years about not hearing Keeper, Halloween, and I Want Out with Deris. Plus something tells me that the guys now, other than the super hits, are trying to distance themselves from Grapow and Kusch exclusively written material.

Yeah I Can, Falling Higher or even Revelation would've been great. Or some more tunes from TDR and Rabbit for that matter...

Maybe you are right though, I should buy it and find out. Helloween is usually such an energetic and joyful band to watch.

Well that would be a shame, a lot of that stuff is pure genious. And I might be wrong but it's not like it got the attention it desrved before either is it? I mean with the Kiske/Hansen past affecting the band (even to this day).

The live-album is great! Deris voice is in excellent shape. Haven't had the chance to see the DVD yet though.

Disappointed in hearing about how Master of The Rings is a no show as its one of my favs of theirs. Sole Survivor, Perfect Gentlman, Mr. Ego, and Secrect Alibi would have been nice, at least one  Its ok though, I understand that they have a huge catalogue to go through plus the new material. Its pretty much impossible to please everyone. I like just about everything from Helloween anyways, so whatever they play is cool.

I just watched it and i don't know, im not that impressed. It was a lot of fun to see them perform and all did a good job etc, but some things bugged me that i can't really put my finger on. Some songs like Mr. Torture should have felt a bit more confident and to the point, and yeah the setlist kind of didn't help things either. Andi's vocals was also a bit of a letdown, it felt like he held back and was too careful and precise at times. I liked him a lot better on High Live, he was so much more powerful on that one. He did seem to enjoy himself though, and that can be said about the whole band, so that was great. Markus above all was fun to watch, and Dani & Sascha too. I wish they could've improvised a bit more though, but i guess that can be a bit more of a problematic thing to do. Overall not that an impressive show, but then again im usually not that big a fan of shows recorded on DVD's either so maybe im a bit harsher than some would be. I also need to watch it some more i think...

OK it turns out i was right about me needing more time with it. Wow, im liking it now, even Andi's voice. I think i just needed to get used to the album and especially Andi's new singing style, i actually find his voice strangely addicting to listen to now...but yeah I've been known to hate stuff at first that i've later come to love so this is not surprising however.

And btw it's hilarious when Andi does those high pitched girly screams on occacions like at the end of Eagle Fly Free. I laugh every time.
