oho fuck yes!
Dust to Dust is one of my favourite albums of all time, and while I didn't love Coming From the Sky it's still better than many things.

Now, what to buy.....Virus or food ?

Speaking of "chorus loving". I wish the new Falconer would integrate these style choruses into thier music. It would fit just perfect. Dont get me wrong I "love" Northwind, but if it is one thing that it is lacking is really good "epic/bombastic/overblown chorus singing. I mean, if you think about it other than some "tone" from the lead singer himself im not sure there is any one else ever singing on the choruses at all. Makes for a less "grande" feel.
Here is how i believe it is being incorporated from the following bands as far as choruses;
Rhapsody=Overdoing it!
Falconer= not doing it at all??
Heavenly= Just Right!

Does anyone else notice this?

This is a very good release.....though I wouldn't go as far as naming it "Album of the Year". This might possibly make it into my top 15 of 2006 though.....I'd give it mid 80's. There are still alot of other albums that deserve the "Album of the Year" title, though it's hard to say at which point in a year do you give any album that title? There are still two months left in the year! Who knows what else is coming out that will blow us away....good review :dio:

Yes! I have been listening to this nonstop. Great album. Better than Dust to Dust IMO. It brings power metal some light and shows that there is still hope for good catchy power metal in the Strato/Sonata style. However, I think Heavenly brings a new sound to power metal, nothing of the wall, but there just seems to be something different about them. They sound a little bit like everybody... it's weird.

I have to say that I haven't listened to Heavenly too much lately. To be honest I haven't listened to them for more than half a year so I did kind of forget what their older albums sounded like. But this one is awesome. A very strong release with a lot of heavy power and melody, it's really hard not to like this album. Good to see that Heavenly stay in top form and make killer albums. :dio:

Loved Dust to Dust, will be picking up this one as well. From what I've heard so far this one seems a bit less bombastic and more toned down, and overall not quite up to the awesomeness level of Dust to Dust, but for power metal this is just way, way above average and well worth a purchase.

I watched the video on their website and liked it. I might have to check out "Dust to Dust" as it's their best, according to you guys.

I think this track might be the best track on the record. I also like "Spill blood on fire" and "Liberty". However there is absolutely nothing new in this release, it just what i expected from Heavenly.

82/100

I'm liking this album more and more. It is definitely up there with some of the top releases this year. Tony Kakko’s guest appearance is fucking classic.
