This sounds very interesting. I've heard the band name before, but I've never heard anything by them. Adagio references and a 25 min. long? I'm there. I fucking love epics!

That was a very good review for the album. It describes my perception of the album quite well. The album itself is very interesting. As Al said in the review they have many different sides of metal in there from different eras but the songs never feel fragmented and on the contrary flow very well. The last song, the 25-min-long one is trully awesome. When it was finished I wanted to listen to it again! :P This probably won't be to everybody's liking but it is a very interesting and mature (in a good sense) release and worth considering.

I know Al did his review on the new Adagio and I agreed with him 100% on that one. A slight reference to them makes me really want to check this band out.

I encourage you to do so, very good band.

I couldn't find any samples though, if you manage to could you link em here?

I think there are a couple from samples of their latest album on their website.
Try these three:
All in the name of Fire
Don't Pay The Ferryman
Temple Of The Earth
Those are probably samples or something, I haven't checked them out.

I've got the previous album, Last Days of Utopia, and while its never worked its way into full rotation, its a nice piece of melodic prog rock/metal. Carsten Schulz's vocals are very impressive for people who like that Jorn Lande-AOR sort of voice. His other band, Evidence One, are pretty cool as well.
