Not heard this demo, actually, but the one after is really good. Hurrah for Black Metal Behemoth!

The early Behemoth albums kick major ass. Nergal was 15 you say? Holy crap.

Then again, the guys in Emperor were only around 13 years old as well when they put out Nightside. [/i]

That link for Behemoth's website leads me to a page with the pic of a crocodile

Haha, not sure what happened there, must be an old link. Updated it now.

Listened to some of these songs today, good stuff. I love hearing older styles of bands (ala Darkthrone's death metal stuff). Makes you wonder what kind of albums they would have produced had they continued in that vein.

I've seen people thinking this a lot, but actually Ihsahn was 18, Faust and Samoth were 19 when ITNE was recorded. Still impressive though, if you ask me.

Are you sure? Don't know exactly when they recorded it, but when it was released, Grutle was 21 and Ivar was 16. Can't find a birth date for Trym. Pretty crazy that Ivar is that young though, I never knew that.

Dang, you're right; Enslaved were formed back when Ivar was 13, not released the first album.
