Meh. The only great Dio album was Holy Diver, it was downhill from there.

Only 80?

I'll give it at least a 90.

Hungry for Heaven is his masterpiece.

No love for Last in Line! It may be a small step down from Holy Diver but there are plenty of iconic Dio tracks on that record.

No way in hell is this record a 90. The band was struggling with in-fighting at the time and this release reflects that. They rebounded nicely with Dream Evil (after tossing Vivian Campbell) but this is not one of Ronnie's better albums. I give it a 70/100 at best.

Last in Line should have been titled Holy Diver II as it's basically a carbon-copy of the aformentioned but, yeah, I like it.

Great for the first half. After "Like the beat of a heart" it ventures into drab rock material, but the first 5 songs are some of the best he did since Holy Diver. Dio was the best metal vocalist of his era
