Didn't like Jupiter much at all and this seems even less like my thing...

Yeah, probably fair. Main reason I'm reviewing CI is I find their sound shifts from album to album really interesting. This is probably their worst album, but it's a lot better than it's known for, as I said...

I like certain songs. It's definitely very Radioheadish which is why I do find things I enjoy in it. It's amazing how seamless these huge transitions are for them. I still listen to a few songs off this album occasionally still. Yeah, way back they were like Hardcore. Fun band to follow. They are true artists. Always adventurous and ambitious. Another band I discovered in the days when finding new bands meant going to the record shop, talking to friends, thumbing through CDs, and using listening stations. The days when you bought a CD and you really had to give it a chance cause you just spent 15 bucks on it. The days when you listened to whole albums in groups of 5 cause you went to get hammered at your friends house and you each picked a couple Cds to put in the changer on random. It's a completely different world now. The information age has made people so demanding and less likely to put time into something different. Myself included.
