Had trouble getting into this. Should try it again I guess. I did like Nefarious Dismal so maybe I just need more time.

Another great and powerful album from one of bms greatest bands, though it pales in comparison to Into the infernal regions. Great review for a great album

You just need some 1:25 of Command of the Dark Crown. :dio:

This album is killer. I love the production, the guitars are fuckin' awesome and all the riffs kick ass. Reminds me a lot of Immortal but with their own little twist. Badass stuff.

Spot on score I'd say.

This one has killer riffs and perfect guitar tone but man are those vocals just straight up strange.

The big thing that makes or breaks this band for people are the vocals.

They are either loved or hated. The people that hate them think that they sound like cartoon noises, the people that love them think that the people that hate them are "small minded".

As for me, I don't mind them but I don't think that they bring anything outside of distinction. It is a sound that I won't get anywhere else and I appreciate that, but with more varied vocals I would get behind it more and start looking at the music as a whole.

I'll have to keep trying I guess, maybe one day it'll click.

I love the vocals on this album. They're unique and totally killer. It's like some straight up Yoda Sci Fi Frog Croaks.

Man so I just want to point out again just how perfect the guitar tone is on this album. I've never really heard anything quite like it tbh, not sure how they did it but its awesome.

Loving the music, but hell does those vocals kill it. That's a damn shame.

I'm not so much a fan of this, it makes me want to just listen to Immortal.

I'm kinda halfway in between trying to not laugh at them and thinking that they're kind of endearing. I like the vocals on the songs I've heard from "Magnificent Glorification Of Lucifer" better, I think, strangely enough.

Really digging this album. Vocals arent the best, but don't kill the rest of the album. Really liking the riffing on this. Definitely agree with the review score.

+1!!

I can't believe there are people out there who can actually listen and love this thing...
Made me wonder about my understanding of the good and the bad music as a whole...

yeah I'm in the boat with everyone who thinks the music is cool but doesn't like the vocals.

You've got to be in the right mood to listen to it I think.. This is an album that you have to let yourself get drawn into. Not really for casual listening.

This album is awesome but i can't help but think it could have been an instant classic. If the vocals were better and the drumming was a bit more varied and maybe a bit better atmosphere, this would rule.

Still, the riffs are as awesome as they come. I love it despite all the negatives.

This album is pure rock'n'roll BM. I don't mind it.
