As you said, pagan black metal with clean vocals. I like these guys a lot, and I'll definately be checking this out. Another great review!

I'm diggin this. It gives me the same sorta epic adventure feeling I get from listening to Bathory or Doomsword.

i have "Spirit The Earth Aflame" as well as "Hammerheart" and "Twilight Of The Gods". i hate them.

having the attention span of a goldfish really doesn't help for this kind of music.

what i'm trying to say is, it should be faster. not necessarily heavier, but i think too much effort goes into creating an atmosphere and what not.

i'll go and listen to some 1349 now.

I love Primordial. Epic stuff, perfect atmosphere, melancholic vocals. Yes, this is another very good album!

"The Gathering Wilderness" is my first Primordial album and I quite needed some time to get used to them. However, I like this album a lot now, the atmosphere throughout the whole album is outstanding.
