THEY NEVER RELEASED A BAD ALBUM IN 30 YEARS!

So easy to say. I cannot imagine how hard it was to do. This band deserves the utmost respect.

Even though I haven't heard this album yet I have no doubt that I'll love it. Anyone who heard enough Sodom in their lives can bet on that.

Haven't heard this yet, but Kathy said it; pretty consistently solid career, though I prefer the earlier, dirtier and rawer material, circa In The Sign Of Evil and Obsessed By Cruelty.

I pre-ordered this bad boy on amazon and they say it won't ship until the end of novermber. I really want to hear this, but I don't want to download it. What to do?

Just wait for it... bide your time with a ton of older Sodom albums...

That will probably be my plan of attack.

I also have a couple albums currently in the mail to bide my time. Not to mention Fable 3.

For some reason, newer Sodom doesn't quite cut it for me. Their last one was damn cool, but otherwise I find myself mostly listening to their old stuff. I'm sure this is worth the buy anyway.

I think this will end up disappointing a lot of people. It'll be interesting to see what kinds of reviews it gets as it nears its release date. Definitely took a couple listens for it to really grab me.

I'm really enjoying this one- much more than the self titled. True, it does get slightly weak in the middle, but there are plenty of good riffs, songs and moments on here, and I'm liking the NWOBHM influence on some of the tracks. Steady 80/100. Sodom never dissapoints.

Standout songs: In War and Pieces, Nothing Counts More than Blood, Storm Raging Up, Knarrenheinz

Hopefully it's as good as the self-titled. That album had some killer fucking songs on it.

I don't think it's been released in North America yet.

Since I started to listen to Sodom, man I must it is hell of a band, a master piece. From the very first album until now, I say it is very nicely all made and presented.

In War and Pieces/ the whole album is a master piece, love to listen it over and over again, not to mention all other albums.

I define this album with a very master piece rating.

RIP to Sodom's ex band members.

peace n out.

Who cares if it isn't fast? I find mid-paced generally more interesting anyhow. 87/100 for me, excellent production and execution with some real thought put into the songwriting.
