This is one of the few death metal albums I actually enjoy. I think the fact that there are almost no blast beats on this album is a huge plus for it. Death metal with thrash metal drumming is the kicker for me.

Fleshcrawl into Torn from the Womb is some of the most evil sounding riffs ever. Fleshcrawl should be the most downloaded
ringtone ever.

This should've been Classic. I mean come on, Dismember is great and all, but this is far better and more historically significant.

Definitely should have been a classic. And what did you say about "In the Grip of Winter"? How could that song make you rate this album lower? Ah well whatever, to each their own, it'll always be a classic in my book.

Also, "Bonesaw" = face ripped off. But still headbanging.

Don't get me wrong. This album is fucking amazing, and significant. Just short of a classic for me. Dismember is the better album, and potentially my favorite Death Metal album ever.

Just listened to this yesterday actually. Killer stuff. 94 is adequate but a classic would've been my thoughts.

their new stuff sounds pretty sweet too, although i've only heard one full song and some other sample snippets...here's hoping :rolleyes:
