Already checked this one out and, reading your review, I feel I missed a lot.
Gotta give it more time.

It's good.

It's not better than Hordes of Chaos.

I can pick some from 2008 that are better to.

So why don't we just listen to Reign in Blood and RTL all the time?

This album is pretty good. I haven't listened to it for a week or so but the riffs were amazing and the vocals grind on me sometimes.

Because RiB and RtL are way overrated, that's why you shouldn't listen to them all the time. Tool.

You know what? You're a very unpleasant man. Your avatar fits your actual idiocy perfectly.

Back on topic: RG's new album is not up to their first, it still is way better than most of the "new thrash" that gets sp much praise lately.

Keep it friendly, people.

I prefer this one to their first, I must say. More complex songs, the last few are great.

I just picked this up today, was having serious trouble finding a copy here in Oz.

Anyway, in comparison to the first one, this sounds like an album by a completely different, much more accomplished band. Zad, totally correct in the review, the songwriting has really evolved.

I do not miss the singer from the first album, not one bit.

I do not miss the crappy production either.

Just way, way better all round.

So both warbringer and these guys show hge improvement...i hope evile will do the same in September.

Is it just me or do all the good riffs come in towards the end of the songs?

This album has grown on me tremendously. It has an intensity that the new Kreator can't match, making it my no. 1 so far this year for thrash. Man, RG and Warbringer have improved so much with their respective albums this year.
