Great album, great review. Nothing like agalloch though, more like Nagelfar if they were death metal...

The Novembers Doom atmospheres are very resemblant to Agalloch ones, but more depressive, more strong, not so soft, and the voices are more screamed in ND...My association was meant to the feeling both bands transmit

Yea, I like this album...much different from their older albums I'd say.

Anyways, great album and the cover art is pretty kickass.

This album is great, much better than the new Opeth. Rated it 85/100
My favorite songs are Swallowed By The Moon (Lyrics are amazing),The Dead Leaf Echo and The Pale Hunt Departure the others are good except Through A Child's Eyes which is kind of boring!
