It's good but nowhere near outstanding. I expect so much more from a band that released an album like Wildhoney or even Deeper Kind of Slumber. Maybe it will get better after more listens.

I feel that this one suffers most from two things:

1. length
2. inconsistency

It overwelcomes its stay for far too long and although I appreciate the return to a much heavier sound (Astral Sleep-era) on songs like Equinox of the Gods while keeping balance with the sound of Judas Christ/Prey, the flow of the album is just very inconsistent and a lot of filler songs overshadow the great songs. Disappointing overall but has a few awesome songs like Temple of the Crescent Moon, Equinox of the Gods, Misantropolis and Via Dolorosa.
