At first I thought this was damn awesome. The melody on Admirable Eros Abstraction is so soothing, but holy shit the vocals kill it. I think I have lost my love for "vomitous" vocals. They annoy the crap out of me. I love the actual music portion of this though.

But the melody is still awesome, right :wink: The vocals certainly take getting used to ... I'm surprised though you gave it a try.

I used to listen to a lot of this kind of stuff. Drudkh, Forest of Fog, Woods of Ypres... the melodic raw stuff. Then I just got sick of it all of a sudden. Every now and then I'll get an urge to play them on a cold dark morning.

But yes the melody is awesome.

Hey it's all about getting used to it. For example in my case most clean vocals annoy the fuck out of me, but thats because i am not used to them.
