Fantastic cd, haven't played it in a while with all the great CDs out recently, but it is one of the years best prog albums no doubt at all.

Here we have the opposite of Cloudscape, who just released a good but not outstanding third album. In Seventh Wonder's case, their debut Become was amazing, then Waiting in the Wings was just ok to me and their third album here is kickass. A must for any fan of prog metal, for sure.

Album of the year for me, the concept and the music are just great. Tommy Karevik is shining again like he did on the previous album, this has to be one of the best singers out there.
I´ve read the female vocals on `One last goodbye` have been done by Jenny Karevik, sister of Tommy.

I don't know about you guys, but the vocalist really reminds me of a mix of Jorn Lande and Tony Kakko.
And the title-track is my favourite. The heavy verses bursting into the bit more "happy" or uplifting chorus. Pure genious and diversity found throughout this album.

No, he doesn´t really remind me of them. Jorn is heavier and Tony has a bit of an accent in his voice.

Without any doubt, album of the year!

Wow! Why did I wait so long to get this? This is brilliant.

They have a new one out this year from what I've read, also their previous albums are worth getting I like them both.

Heard this on release back in 2008 and did not paid much attention to it. Big mistake. Soul-crushing stuff.

edit: the final twist isn't going to help me with my misogynistic tendencies.
