"The two new Avantasia EP's "Lost In Space part 1 & 2" have just entered the official Swedish charts at #3 and #4. In Germany it went in at #9 of the official Mediacontrol single-charts. It is the highest single chart entry in the history of Nuclear Blast Records."

Wow! Congratulations!

They should have released "The story ain't over" as a second single and they might have reached #1 around the world. Meatloaf has shown that this kind of bombastic rockers can easily break the charts and Tobias' song is better than meatloaf has sung.

I was chocked to see these EPs prices 10.50€ in the stores, I was expecting them to be 2-3€, too bad, but it's great music though and the covers kick ass.

From what Queen album is "in my defense"?

Yeah...the Epic version...You should go back to the "Superheroes" EP and remind you what is Edguy/Tobias' definition of Epic ! lol!

I got fooled once with that one !

The prices are no fault of Tobias's. These should be about $6 each. You can get both on eBay for under $20 with S&H. Best deal you'll find right now.

Promised land is possibly the best track... Jorn's voice is awesome on this one.

I think its from Freddy Mercury's solo album.... and not a Queen album.

When there is enough content they sometimes are, its not the first EP I quote.

Just my 2 cents

Or if you're seriously in love with the band, right?

I'm aware that he owns the site. I was just making a point.

Finally got hold of these and there are some great tracks and some fillers. But for $6 less than a full cd for basically 5 tracks per cd given Lost in space is on 3 times where's the value. As one ep with the best of both this would be great and I wish he would get Alex Holzwarth back on the drums.

Anyone have the version of "Lost In Space" with Kiske on vocals? It was an iTunes exclusive, but I don't have iTunes. Someone download it for me. I'll give you the $0.99.
