Absolutely.......I read an interview with their lead singer/guitarist and he is flattered by anyone who mentions the AC/DC influences. Not only do they NOT deny it, they are quite open about it.
If you sound exactly like AC/DC and are going to deny this, you have some serious issues. I guess they have no choice in this.
