How can I tell if they sound the same when this Whirlpool song sounds like well it was sung in a damn whirlpool washer. That guy is one fucking bad singer it's not even funny.

I say Nightwish sues that guy for his ultra idiotic bad singing and for even calling out plagiarism.People with hearing and good taste in music wouldn't touch anything from this Whirlpool with a 50 foot pole

Theres not that much similarity.....

(I always wondered why Black Sabbath didnt sue Reverend Bizarre :D Im sure Sharon would if she ever heard Reverend Bizare lol.)

I hear very slight similiarities but I really don't think they're grounds for a law suit. A lot of songs are unintentially reminiscent of each other. Any way, the Whirlpool song is awful either way... as already mentioned the vocals are horrible.

Wow, I would never have thought that a guy singing as horrible as Whirpool could ever get a record released! I see hardly any similarities at all and it should be impossible to do so since the whirlpool guy does not even know what a note is...

I have to laugh at that guy I hardly doubt that anyone from Nightwish would even consider listening to crap like that much less steal their material or melody lol if they are going to do something like that then they would be smart to pick something with some melody and harmony not someone that sounds like Elmer Fudd wiping his ass with sandpaper

Yeah, that Whirlpool guy needs to get his shit together. He can't sing.

And I think I like this new Nightwish bird a lot better than Tarja. She sounds better to me, maybe because she doesn't have that absolutely ridiculous vibrato in her voice.

I saw some similarites, but I don't think it was intentional. Having said that, it's very easy to plagarize stuff without realizing it. Sometimes I'll think up a cool riff, then five minutes later realize it was from a Mayhem album or something.

It's almost impossible to come up with something truly original. How many times have the I-IV-V chord progressions been used? Or going from Am to F to C to G?

Teosto must have their hands full if they take the time to bother with this shit. That Jukka-guy must have some sort of retardation.
