Kai hes been one of my favourite metal guitarist. Although some might disagree, I think he's great. And this new project thingy has given me a hard dick. HALLELUJAH!!!

Roland and Kai have to beginn with never played in the same time in Helloween. Roland became Kai's replacement in 1989. I am afraid Kiske is going to dictate what this album will sound like and therefore going to be like one of those poor Kiske solo albums featuring two guitarists from Helloween!

Well Roland did say that's exactly what they're trying to avoid.

I tentatively look forward to this. Kiske will be too much of a straightjacket for it to be anything extraordinary, but if we get another, perhaos slightly more Metal, Place Vendome then I'll be happy enough. :dio:

Kai and Roland's standards seem to be pretty high so I can't see this one being a dud should be interesting. With Land Of The Free 2 in the works would be great here Mr Kiske sing on that also.

Kiske is a tool. But he has a nice voice, so who knows maybe this'll turn out alright. I'll give it a listen for sure either way.

Hah, you have way too high expectations! Sure, the combinations is great, but if you read Grapow's statement, and if you ever read what Kiske's been saying for years (which we all of course have), then there's no we are getting anything worthy for as long as Kiske's being a prick.

If you didn't know, Kiske said he was surprised how heavy the final product of Place Vendome turned out to be, and he wasn't too keen on that. So on that level, we should be expecting something like twice as less heavy than that and more along the lines of the first Kiske solo, but of course twice as bad coz we have to minus all the heaviness.

F'ck, this is just so pathetic. It's like, lets get the guys from Morbid Angel to pen some tracks for our next album, but hey lets not play metal, lets do like Bon Jovi, but softer, m'kay?

I would expect absolutely NOTHING! Besides, that way we'll surely get positively surprised (that there was one good song on the album)...

No. What makes you think that? He has a new metal release every year.

Yep, it's true. You can easily still read that on his myspace blog. That's why I'm very much afraid that those songs won't be so much metal. Probably some happy progressive hard rock stuff. But I trust those guys, I'm sure it will not be bad.

I still think as long as Kai has a part in this there is hope. He is the definition of metal and has never disappointed me. Kai gives this project hope.

My thoughts exactly and Kai is also a singer so maybe this project will use both Kai and Kiske for vocals, Kai for the regular heavy/speed songs and Kiske for the ballads.

I hope they can atleast make it a kind of positive metal, like that Masterplan song Heroes with Kiske on guest vocals, or the old Helloween songs.

But I'll try not to get my hopes up, most likely this will be an even shittier version of Chameleon.
