Arsis are not far from metalcore. They've got emo lyrics here and there, a trebly vocalist, some typical melodies, and the basic stomach-roiling sound that I get when I hear weak music.

Usually I agree with what you say dude, but not with this.
Arsis' lyrics are somewhat "emotional" i guess, but they do not take it far like other bands do.
