Wow! I haven't heard anything from these guys in ages. I'm really looking forward to this one. Their debut is amazing.

The fantastical power/thrash metal band 3 Inches Of Blood have just entered the famed Armoury Studios in Vancouver to record the follow-up to their breakthrough Advance And Vanquish. Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison is producing the effort. A new demo called Goatrider’s Horde can be streamed HERE.

Good news! :dio:

Shocker of the Week: A spokeperson for Universal Music recently told Jane Stevenson of the Toronto Sun that, “[Universal has] no indication that a Guns N’ Roses record will be released this year.” Frankly, we here at MetalReviews.com are astounded.

Of course it is! :)

Anyway, I had to ask if this was a good idea or not because I kept wanting to post news articles, but they'd be kind of pointless beyond naming a new album title or something. It didn't make sense to me to clutter the front page and forum with individual news articles that didn't say much. So yeah, word to ya mutha!

Joey Jordinson, not Slipknot. And who cares? This isn't rap, a producer doesn't write the music.
