Weird. They've been around for over ten years, haven't they? What copyright could they be infringing upon?

I think it's just so they can have a website that's actually the bands name. Before the site was www.mightyrhapsody.com or something

That's what I thought when I was posting it. It's very odd, but isn't there a music program called Rhapsody? Maybe that has something to do with it? They could have been tards and not secured the name, though.

I don't know. They should have changed the name to Luca and the Rhapsodies.

Well I'll give Rhapsody one thing - no matter what they do it always seems to make me laugh.

Oh yeah. Best Buy has a program called Rhapsody on all of their computer terminals. I guess Best Buy got to the trademark first, which makes the band completely retarded.

Right. People kept installing that program on the WMHC office computer. Our webmistress made a desktop threatening to light people on fire if they kept downloading Rhapsody. It made me laugh once I figured out it was a music program (no one else there would know the band).

Rhapsody was a good name. Rhapsody Of Fire is a lame name, completely unimaginative.
