Yeah I love that too. They even went on tour with Edguy and Hammerfall. I saw them with Strato and they were damn awesome. Their singer has some range.

Only heard one song (Begining of the End?). Didn't appreciate the gay vocals.

I don't think he is the lead singer anymore. The guy I saw and the guy on the record sound nothing alike.

yeah, i think at least one of the singers left the band after Buried.

anyone here heard their stuff before that album? the clean vocals were different as well, is it another singer or was the guy using a different (and better) style?

Well they're extremely talented, lack emotion and their clean vocals sound like James Labrie so yeah...

Yes they are talented, and you obviously haven't seen them live if you think they have no emotion. Plus, they have a new singer. But still, I see no comparison with Labrie and their old singer. It did take me a few listens to get into BiO. Maybe you just need to give it another chance.

i listened to it a bunch of times and i have heard that their live show is a lot more energetic than their studio albums. maybe their new singer will make them better =)

Their live show is extremely energetic. Their current vocalist, Stu Block, has a very Devin Townsend-like manner to him on stage.

Yet another album I'll be looking forward to.

I too quite like this band. When i want to play something different rather than just your typical metal, i throw on this band, who are very diverse in their sound and really cannot compare them to anything else.

Hopefully the new album continues their good form on previous albums
