Or a combined concept album with Priest :P *wishfull thinking

On a seperate note, I really enjoyed 7 Seals. The mellower songs like the title track and Diablus were really well done. Too bad they didn't have an all out burner like Mind Machine. Rollercoaster had some speed, but it wasn't "heavy" enough.

let's hope (like we say in France) that the Elephant is not pregnant with a mouse...

and I'd say they're going to do some concept album with orchestra and stuff... not sure it'll be a good news...

I heard they'll change styles and start playing very technical brutal death metal. Either that or some extremely raw black metal. Could be good.

That's what I feared too when I read that news, but I don't think they'll do that. PF are much more succesful than Sinner, and they are coming after a very strong album. I doubt they'll be taking breaks or parting right now. And you don't advertise a break as a Huge Announcenment, that's an expression you use for something good, something exciting.

It could be what Stefan says, or maybe they wanna do a metal opera like Avantasia, with a lot of guests, or maybe they'll have some major line-up change, like, say, leaving to Leibing only the keyboards duties and bringing in some big name second guitarist. Or maybe it's some concert related big news, or they'll sign up to a bigger label, who knows.

Hehe, doubt it, since Mat Sinner (Mathias Lasch) is one of the A&R guys of Nuclear Blast and Tom Naumann also works for the company in shipping / mailorder of some sorts. Also, where can you find a bigger label for german power metal band than NB?

I thought about the announcement myself and this actually sounds like something very possible. Though like u, I would find it as bad and totally uninteresting idea :?
