I saw half their set at Sweden Rock '04 and quite enjoyed it before buggering off to see Brainstorm. Their playing Glasgow in March, I think I'll be going to see them.

Any recommended listening, Eyesore?

I think anything after Superjudge is awesome. Superjudge is great, but not as good as their later material. Tab, Spine Of God, and the self-titled are good, but they're a bit tedious to listen to. It's like Black Sabbath playing stoner rock on acid. Long jams, noise, not much hook, etc. There are some great songs, though, but overall they don't compare to anything from Superjudge on.

Monster Magnet is a great band!

I wouldn't go so far as to say that they're one of the best bands ever, but they're a lot of fun to listen to.
