Well golly gee maybe it's because the members of the "METAL" band Savatage formed TSO and the fact that they infuse "METAL" with several different genders especially their Christmas CD's.

That's why :D

It's basically Savatage w/Paul O'Neill and a cast of broadway singers on CD, but there are two separate touring bands. Chris Cafferey tours with one, not sure who tours with the other.

I can't fault anyone releasing a symphonic metal Christmas album! =) And either way the albums are cool, especially Beethoven's Last Night! I always find it funny that the song that broke TSO into the mainstream was "Christmas Eve (Sarajevo 12/24)," which is, as some of you know, a fucking Savatage song from the Dead Winter Dead album!

I was pissing myself when I saw TSO last year and saw all these old, rich white rocking out to TSO and that song, yet would probably shit on your face if you told them you were a Savatage fan! :D

A lot of people don't even know that some of the members are from a metal band.

Someone found out about that and said NO FUCKING SHIT lol
