I don't like them either but they're still a metal band, so I figured I might as well post the article for anyone that might be interested.


How are they metal at any scale? They're incredibly dumbed down modern "hardcore", their first album was decent and The dead walk was good but their newer stuff is just god awful almost nu-metal.

I've always thought of them as some form of metalcore band which falls within my definition of metal (not that I have an actual defintion of what is metal and what isn't). Surely, they're not 100% a full metal band but I'd say they have enough metallic elements in their sound to be featured here. And the quality of their music has nothing to do with this.
