Funny, the last Maiden news post here said that the album wasn't likely to be released until 2011 because the band is taking time with the recording process... Either way, I'm excited about this. :dio:

I really hope they have a better production. I wasn't too happy with the production on their last studio album. But, this is a band that has never released a bad album, No Prayer.... and the Blaze albums included. So, I am expecting something good.

Actually, I thought their last studio album, although stale sounding, was better than the muddy previous album. You really liked the second Blaze Maiden album? That production was so damn poppy. Plus his vocals do not fit Maiden. His last solo album though was pretty damn good. For a band that has a bazillion dollars, Maiden sure is a hit or miss with productions.

I did like the second Blaze album and agree that Maiden is a hit or miss when it comes to production. But irrespective of it not being so good on some of their albums, I still like them. I'm a Maiden fanboy.
