Fuck yes, Hangmans Hymn was a huge return to form after the the good but not great Gallows Gallery.

Same here. Gallows Gallery was fantastic but I always felt that Hangman's Hymn was lacking a bit.

Lacking what? It's like a version of Hail Horror Hail with shitloads more agression for me.

Still, I'll always have a soft spot for Imaginary Sonicscapes lounge music/metal :cool:

It wasn't as grandiose and there was one song that seemed a bit amateurish. I think it was "Death in Dishonour". It kinda put the album in a low light for me.

Imaginary Sonicscapes was so good though ha ha!
