Yay! Much better than that Metallica week, and a much more deserving album.

Thanks. A great idea, and necessary for the page to have all these classics (and the no-classics, too).

Yes ! Considering we had a Metallica week, Sabbath deserves one too. I just checked and two of my fav albums were reviewed too. A pleasant week. :dio:

Yep, go to Reviews, then to the pull down menu, and select September 2008 - Week 3

Ride the Lightning was the classic that week as well.

Ah cool. Ride the Lightning is my favorite Metallica album by the way. Perfect timing.

Why aren't the Sabbath classics in the Classics Forum or are they?

Lots of Sabs classics at once means not all will show up easily on main site, so it was decided to just leave them in the main section, to keep Sabs week as one thing rather than people having to click around for the reviews. And stuff.

Listened to most of their albums quite recently. The Dio years were really awesome and deserve classic status as much as the first 4 (though I prefer the first 4) albums. The only album I still need to listen to is Dehumanizer. I made the mistake of listening to Headless Cross though, and that sucked. And I don't care, I liked Born Again and Eternal Idol.
