Oh. My. God. :omfg:

I seriously did not expect the vocalist of Octavia Sperati to be the new frontwoman for The Gathering... that's awesome! I think it sounds great. It's rocking, atmospheric and fresh. I'm getting excited about this album, now. The cover art (if that's what on the myspace) is also pretty unusual and interesting.

she sounds ok. i'll wait until i hear the full album to get excited or disappointed. i'm glad they're working with the producer from Souvenirs again because i heard he had a fairly big role in the making of that album and it is my favourite by them.

How to Measure a Planet deserves CLASSIC status, IMO. There's not a bad song on either disc. It's also one of the few double albums I can listen to in one sitting.
