but this is going too far. this isn't some large corporation selling makeup, it's a steel-workers union.

the lawyers themselves admit that there are no commercial interests here, yet they insist on bringing this issue to that monthly debate.

if i'm not mistaken, a while back kiss got the courts to order king diamond to stop using that kiss-y makeup. they didn't sue Diamond, they just made him stop using that makeup. regardless if kiss were right or not, they didn't sue him.

one simply can't deny their influence, these guys influenced everyone from sonata arctica do cannibal corpse. damn right they are legends, and rightfully so.

as for the rest, i like to pretend it never happened.

This is my exact opinion, though I would say that ...And Justice is mediocre as opposed to bad. Still, Metallica are incredibly overrated, and they haven't released a good album in about 2 decades. Plus they're assholes. Plus their last albums have really, really sucked. Plus they're assholes.
