As of 1996 Therion can do no wrong in my book. Everything since Theli has been phenomenal and they show no signs of slowing down. Christofer Johnsson is a musical genius.

True indeed. But Therion's older stuff were not disappointing as well. I enjoyed their material from their death years, 'Of Darkness' and the one after that. Even when they went about melodic ith Lepaca Kliffoth, it was good also. But you've go a very good point. Theli was the real gold. I got hooked on to them since then.

I've only heard some of the new album yet, just enough to make sure it's worth buying. And I must say that the song "Son of the staves of time" is one of the best in Therions discography.

I hope that is not spoiling it for anyone. Anyway, for those who've missed it, here's sound samples from the new album:

I peeped the 6CD box set the other day at the store for $19.99. I didn't have the cash on me, but that's a fucking STEAL!! It's in the DVD section of this particular store, not the regular section, if anyone has been looking for it.
