Props to Century Media for releasing this! It's excellent! I never realized how small the club was that they recorded this show at. I thought it was a stadium!

Either way, it's a great DVD! No crazy camera effects, so it's got a nice old school feel to it. And the resolution is awesome! Jon Schaffer is too much of a perfectionist. This isn't pristine, crystal clear footage, but it's not Cliff 'Em All either.

The extras aren't really anything to write about. The backstage footage is just cluttered with a million people talking, there's no real focus to it at all. I guess that's OK as they probably weren't recording that shit for inclusion on a DVD, at least it's something. Then Jon kind of gives a little tour of some places in Greece, gives a little history lesson on some things. It's cool, but again, not all that amazing.

Either way, the DVD is well worth the $20.

I will definitely get this this weekend, as well as the Bodom DVD and Annihilator, and Manowar...

Awesome. Glad to hear from someone who has watched it, can't wait to get my hands on it.

I checked a local record shop today but they didn't have it yet... Might have to mail order it.

This is gonna kick ass. Iced Earth got me through high school. What a great band. Storm Rider through Something Wicked are increadable albums.
