Metallica has final say on this stuff. Not that they've ever really had good artwork, but those straight lines just stand out to me. They look awkward.

And I'm criticising the artwork, which this thread is about. Nothing wrong with that.

Also, I don't see a vagina. I see a fingerprint when I look quickly.

I like Ken's better except for the dark brown burn mark in the top right of the fingerprint if that makes any sense.

Those lines are how you represent a magnetic field, makes perfect sense... But ken's version is indeed better.

Looks promising. Maybe Rubin is giving Metallica a bitch slap if they dare do anything dodgy.

I think it looks okay and it makes perfect sense.

Like every album cover in the history of time, it looks awkward at first but over time will fit right in like the others did.

Someone needs to tell them to add an "en" to "Beat," otherwise they fucked up. As for Unforgiven III, I think it'll just follow a similar lyrical theme. Musically I don't think they can do another similar song. Maybe it'll be the heaviest song on the album. Haha.

As for the titles, these guys are in their forties now, folks. Those are the sort of titles that come with songs where people are trying—emphasis on trying—to be meaningful. I couldn't care less about titles or lyrics. Make good music, and I'm on board.
