guess would be to do with Rhapsody not quite going as interstellar as Joey had hoped on Symphony of Enchanted Lands II. Have you held that album? The liner notes are practically a small paperback novel! That plus the orchestra must have cost quite a bit of cash.
And then when the first OF FIRE!!! album came out there was so little fanfare and promotion. It was just like, you turned round one day and there it was on the shelf.
