As for Cellador, I don't think this is a huge loss. Chris is Cellador and I think this will only motivate him to work harder.

Some people like to talk. It's not a big deal. And it's probably a byproduct of his drinking. Back when I used to do a lot of drinking in the Air Force, I'd visit forums and read shit I'd written the night before and have no recollection of it. Haha. All kinds of dumb shit would be said. Oh well.
He's still young. Let him drink. When he starts pushing 30 and the drinking is really starting to fuck his shit up (if it hasn't yet), then worry.
